Accessibility Statement

This is version 1.0 of the official accessibility statement for the City of Napa website, as of October 1, 2007.

Executive Summary

We have made several considerations during the design of this website. Above all else, we believe content should be accessible to all users, regardless of viewing device, screen size, language, or other unique and unforseen challenges. With this in mind, our site heavily relies on the use of Cascading Style Sheets to visually style the layout of our site. This strategy allows devices to gracefully degrade the visual layout of the site while maintaining content accessibility.

As a user of this website, if you discover inaccessible documents and need assistance, contact City Hall at 707.257.9500 or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

The website has been thoroughly tested with Internet Explorer 6, Internet Explorer 7, Safari 2 (OSX), Firefox 1, Firefox 2, Jaws 8, and  Lynx 2.8.5rel1 (win). If you are not using one of the browsers listed please consider upgrading, if able.
