Welcome to the City of Napa's online application system!
You can apply online by clicking on the job title you are interested in and clicking on the "Apply" link. If this is the first time you are applying using our online job application, you will need to create an account and select a Username and Password. After your account has been established, you can build an application by clicking on the "Build Job Application" link. This application can be saved and used to apply for more than one job opening.
It is important that your application show all the relevant education and experience you possess. Specifically, we require the last ten years of your work history to be included in your application. Attaching a resume does not meet this requirement. Applications that do not list related work experience in the "Employment History/Work Experience" section will be considered incomplete and will be rejected.
Please keep in mind that the system allows applicants thirty minutes to complete an application. The best way to complete your application in a timely manner is to have information prepared in advance and readily available to allow for a smoother submission process. You can also make sure you do not lose your information by saving often. Also, it is recommended that applicants do not wait until the last minute to submit an online application. The system will not accept an application that has been started, and not completed and submitted prior to the closing time.
