The City of Napa Housing Division is collaborating with other local government agencies and non-profits to present a Foreclosure Prevention Forum. The event will be held Sunday, April 13, 2008 from 1:30pm to 5pm at St. John the Baptist Family Hall, 924 Napa Street.

The Napa Home Foreclosure Prevention Forum will provide education and guidance that will aid homeowners and tenants in preventing foreclosures and evictions. Participants are encouraged to bring to the workshop lending documents from current loans, most recent mortgage statement(s), and current tax returns. Attendees will be offered the opportunity to meet one-on-one with a trained counselor with follow up offered as needed.
