We all know that while the drought is over, water conservation remains a way of life in California. Three Napa High School students just demonstrated this is in a big way, by winning 1st place in the 2nd annual Napa County Water Conservation Video Contest. Their fast-paced, 30-second public service announcement brilliantly captures this year’s contest theme, Reimagine Your Yard – Conserving Water Outdoors. Congratulations to the team of Sarah Lippmann, Andrew Raymond, and Elena Ingram, who created the winning video at the urging of their science teacher Rob Kohl. Each will receive a $60 gift card to the Century Napa Valley Theatre. Their winning video plays before all films shown April 21-27! It’s also on the web at www.napawatersheds.org/psacontest.
