Vista Tulocay Apartments, an application to develop a 12.56 acre project site at 467 Soscol Avenue into a 282 unit apartment complex.  The project consists of nine residential buildings with the number of apartment units within each building ranging from 17 to 46.  The proposed buildings are three-stories with parking on the ground floor.  Amenities include a community room, a pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, fireplaces, bocce court, and walking trails.  485 off-street parking spaces are provided in a combination of garages, carports, and open parking spaces.
