The City of Napa issues parking permits for designated permit parking spaces in City-owned parking facilities. Parking permits can be obtained from the Finance Department window in City Hall, 955 School Street, North Wing, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (except City-observed holidays).  You will need to provide basic vehicle information by completing a Parking Permit Application.  A copy of the application can be found here.

Permits cost $30 per month and may be purchased on a quarterly, monthly or annual basis. Acceptable methods of payment are cash, check, Visa or MasterCard. Parking Permits for the upcoming calendar year are made available for sale each December on a first come, first served basis and can be purchased anytime during the calendar year as long as permits are available.

PLEASE NOTE: As of January 1, 2017, the 33 parking permit spaces on Lots A and B will be relocated to all-day parking facilities to make the conveniently located, 3-hour parking spaces available for short-term parking users.

  • Pearl Street Garage, Level 2 Ramp
  • Clay Street Garage, Level 2
  • Second Street Garage, Level 3
  • Lot X
