The City of Napa has released a new mobile application designed to provide enhanced access to the online Service Center. Using a smart phone, users can easily submit service requests in 27 categories, adding a photo if desired. These service requests cover a wide range of common issues, from tree issues to problems with graffiti, traffic signals, weeds and more. The mobile app also links to the database of Frequently Asked Questions, City contact information, and event calendars, and serves as an extension of the online Service Center which has been in use since early 2008. The app is available for the iPhone from the Apple App Store and for the Android from Google Play. A Windows version of the app is in development.
